Rowhouse cleanouts with the placement know-how city blocks demand: parking pads, alleys, and street-permit guidance before delivery day.
Additional tonnage runs $125/ton for trash and construction debris; clean concrete, dirt, and organic material is a flat $200 per load (up to 15 tons).

What City Customers Use Us For

Baltimore’s housing stock — century-old rowhomes, converted storefronts, and mixed-block remodels — drives a distinct mix of jobs:
  • Rowhouse cleanouts — decades of accumulation in a narrow house; a 15-yard usually covers one floor, a 20-yard the whole home
  • Landlord & property manager turnover — fast swap between tenants; call, place, gone in a week if you need it
  • Gut renovations — plaster, lath, and old framing add weight fast; the included tonnage and $125/ton overage keep it predictable
  • Roofing on city blocks — flat and rowhome roofs cycle every 20–25 years; layered tear-offs step up to the 20 or 30
  • Estate cleanouts — older neighborhoods mean more estates; we’re the calm, punctual part of a hard week

Alleys, Parking Pads & Street Permits

City placement is its own skill. Most Baltimore rowhomes have a rear alley or a front parking pad — pads take any container with zero paperwork. If the dumpster has to sit in the street, Baltimore City requires a right-of-way permit from the City DOT, and we’ll walk you through what’s needed before delivery day so nothing stalls.
Honest note on alleys: many Baltimore alleys are too narrow for a roll-off truck to safely drop and pick up a container. In those cases we place at the pad, the street end of the alley, or the closest legal spot — call us at (424) 333-5064 and we’ll figure out the right spot for your block.
Serving neighborhoods across the city — Canton, Fells Point, Highlandtown, Patterson Park, Butchers Hill, Federal Hill, Locust Point, Pigtown, Hampden, Remington, Charles Village, Mount Vernon, Bolton Hill, and more (ZIPs 21201–21231).

How Delivery Works in the City

1
Book online or call (424) 333-5064 — tell us the block, we’ll talk placement
2
We place it tight and level — driveway protection boards on request
3
Load through the walk-in rear door — no heaving debris over the walls (loading tips)
4
15 days standard; hauled when you’re done — $10/day only beyond that
One city rule that matters: keep debris level with the top rail — Baltimore streets mean tight turns on the haul-out, and an overloaded box can’t be legally tarped. See our quick-start rental guide for the full rundown.

Some alleys fit our truck; many don’t. We’ll tell you honestly on the phone and find the nearest workable spot.
